“Shrek The Musical Jr.” To Play at PHCT November 10,11,12,17,18,19
PLEASANT HILL, OR — India Potter will direct a cast of youth performers from the Pleasant Hill Community Theatre in the nationwide hit musical, “Shrek The Musical Jr.”. The show runs November 10–12 and 17–19 (Thursday through Saturday, both weeks) at the theatre, 35575½ Zephyr Way. All shows are at 7 p.m. except for a closing day matinee at 2 p.m on Nov 19.
“Shrek The Musical Jr.”, book and lyrics by David Lindsay-Abaire and music by Jeanine Tesori, is a family-favorite musical production based on the oscar-winning Dreamworks Animation hit film and Broadway musical. Join in on all the fun as Shrek, the beloved Ogre, takes off on a mystical, comic adventure, with his sidekick Donkey to rescue Princess Fiona. Hilarity ensues at every twist and turn of this adventure.
Admission is $13 for adults, $11 for seniors and children 12 years and under, $42 for family pass 4-packs (immediate family members). Tickets can be purchased online at phct.org.
India Potter, who has been a stalwart of community theater in Lane County for many years, directs this production and is assisted by Peyton Brazell.
